Slow down, settle in, and gift yourself an evening of deep rest. This nourishing experience weaves together gentle guided reflection, calming meditation, and an immersive sound bath. As the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, you'll be invited to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and simply rest. Delight in the luxury of peace, quiet, and rest. You are so deserving.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, cosy blanket, and bolster (if you don't have a bolster you can bring a rolled towel or larger pillow to support beneath your knees). To maximise this practice, cosy socks and comfy clothing is recommended as the nervous system responds well to comfort.
The perfect practice for you if:
You feel like you haven't hit pause in months, or you've been craving a moment to lay down. This is a no-flow practice, so be prepared to close your eyes and lay down for a full hour.
