Date: Tuesday, 4th August
Time: Doors open at 5.45pm for 6-7pm Yummy Yin
Location: The magical Raw Space: 78 John Street, Henley Brook. Parking onsite.
Style of Class:
Created to honour the slower rhythm of Winter, this class invites you to soften, slow down, and perhaps even take a nap. Nurture your body and mind with a deliciously restful Yin Yoga practice featuring longer pose holds, a guided meditation, and a gentle sound bath during savasana.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, cosy blanket, and bolster (if you don't have a bolster you can bring a rolled towel or larger pillow). To maximise this practice, cosy socks and comfy clothing is recommended as the nervous system responds well to comfort.
The perfect practice for you if:
You feel like you haven't hit pause in months, or you've been craving a moment to lay down. Together we'll gently release tension through longer-held poses, encouraging space in the fascia and connective tissue (all those pathways that can get tight during seasons of stress and overwhelm) - while tending to the nervous system. There is no flowing from pose to pose - just an invitation to rest and cosy-on-up.
Limited tickets available to keep the class size cosy. Would love to have you join us!
